Modular Command Systems

We are pleased to announce the arrival of our MCS. This new system offers more flexibility than any other kit on the market. It allows you to use the same Engine Room Module and Battery Module for all your submarines. You only need to get a new Ballast Tank Module for each new sub. Sometimes you wont even need to do that. This all results in large savings for those of you with multiple Submarines. You will only have to to buy the electronics, Engine Room Module, and Battery Module ONE TIME. Our large reduction, precision machined gear reduction also ensures that you will b able to swing small and large props alike. We are also only using high quality high torque Futaba servos for our systems, giving peace of mind that that the ballast tank servo wont fail at an inappropriate time due to cheap parts.

We have also redesigned our most popular size end cap the 3". They now have a small raised lip around the edge of their flange and are much thicker that before. The new design allows for easier end cap removal with out the use of a screw driver, which can damage caps. Merely grab the cylinder and with two thumbs push on against the raised lip...thats it!

3" Dynamic WTC

This 3" watertight cylinder (WTC) is the perfect command system for dynamic diving models. It includes your choice of 400 or 500 type electric motor with all-metal reduction gear on ball bearings, pushrod seals, electronics tray, endcaps, and a 15.5" lexan tube. You will need to provide your own servos and electronics.

Please note this WTC does not come with a ballast tank. However, the size of this cylinder makes it great for conversion to an external bag RCAB set up.

2" Trumpter Kilo WTC Coming Soon

This low cost Dynamic WTC is just the thing you need to get your Trumpter Kilo into the water. It is the embodiment of the KISS philosophy and will keep you in the water all season.

2" Battery Module

Our new 2" battery compartments are just what you need to power your latest submarine prioject. At 6.5" long they are just big enough to protect your standard sport pack battery. Now add in our easy maintenance wire seals and you have yourself a compartment that will last you through the seasons. These cylinders include 20ga wire that is rated for 13 amps. You will need to provide your own electrical connectors for your battery. Email for quotes on custom application modules.

Ballast Tank Module

Our new Ballast tank module is just what you need to make your boat dive like the best. Now every boat can have its own ballast tank fit to its specific needs. This results in your boat always having the right size ballast tank while maintaining an interchangeable WTC system. Only having to buy the ballast tank module every time you get a new sub means more money in your pocket! We have also simplified the ballast operating mechanism making infiniely adjustable while at the same time eliminating complex linkages and lever system. The Ballast tank Module is a Propel based system. Filling of the pressure flask can be done through the shrader valve connection.. Email for quotes on custom application modules.

Push Rod and Shaft Seals

I have tried all the various seals on the market and I must say I like these the most. The 3/8" pipe thread allows them to be installed securely into your WTC with no worry of extrusion. The threads also make it easy to remove and install in other equipment. The o-ring seals are easily interchangeable allowing you to change them every season for a few pennies. The o-ring pressure can also be adjusted with the snub to ensure the right seal pressure. No more worries about your o rings failing in the water due to age, rot or distortion! I recommend a small dab of silicone grease prior to running to ensure good movement and reduced wear.
